A 4-MONTH GUIDED TRANSITION JOURNEY FOR WOMEN 40+
But inside, something has shifted.
You’ve carried responsibility. Been there for others. Built a life that may have served you well. And still, you sense it’s time to discover what truly belongs to you now.
The Midlife Call gives you four months to find out — and to begin shaping your life from there.

Lived Experience
Externally, your life may still look accomplished. Internally, you might recognize these quiet signals:
“I’ve achieved a lot. It just doesn’t feel the same anymore.”
What used to bring pride or drive now feels distant or hollow.
“I know what I no longer want — but I’m less clear on what comes next.”
You can identify what no longer fits, but the future hasn't taken form yet.
“My work, roles or relationships are fundamentally changing.”
Professional identity, family dynamics or life stages are unravelling.
“I’m asking questions I never asked ten years ago.”
How do I want to spend my remaining time, energy and presence?
“I feel less willing to live according to external expectations.”
A growing longing for truth, ease and authenticity over performance.
“Something new is calling, but I don’t know what it is yet.”
A sense that you need space to listen before jumping into the next plan.
If any of this resonates: You are not lost. You are in transition.
We live in a culture that treats midlife as a crisis to manage or an inconvenience to fix. At SOULWORX, we see it as a doorway into Transition Literacy.
Transitions are not merely the empty gap between an old role and a new one. They have their own organic intelligence: an ending, an in-between phase of disorientation and remembering, and an eventual emergence into new form.
You do not need another self-improvement plan or strategy. You need a conscious space to understand where you are, honor what is ending, and reconnect with your inner compass.

Clear compass for your next chapter

Your Facilitator & Guide
For more than 20 years, I worked in international digital leadership — in London, New York and Hamburg, most recently as Managing Director of AKQA Germany.
At some point, I began to sense that the life I had built no longer held all of who I was becoming. Leaving corporate leadership and founding SOULWORX in 2015 meant learning to listen differently: to what mattered, what felt alive, and what was asking to take form.
Today, I bring that lived experience together with my background in systemic therapy and coaching, leadership and trauma-informed work to accompany women through their own transitions.

VOICES FROM THE JOURNEY
Reflections from women who have experienced SOULWORX group journeys.
SOULWORX Circle
I got to know myself more deeply and began making choices with greater intention. What made the experience especially powerful was the group — and connecting my inner development with how I want to show up and contribute in the world.

SOULWORX Circle
Julia was fully present throughout the journey. Her questions helped me understand myself more deeply and gave me the courage to move towards a path I had wanted to take for a long time, but hadn’t yet dared to follow.

THE MIDLIFE CALL is a personal development and self-exploration programme. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic treatment.
We provide a structured, facilitated space for reflection, new perspectives, greater inner clarity and conscious choices. What you take from the experience will depend in part on your own circumstances, participation and how you integrate what you discover into your life.
